What happens if the host cancels or declines my reservation?

At travelstaytion, we take great care in verifying our hosts and ensuring that accepted reservations are honored. While we strive to prevent any issues, in the unlikely event that a reservation is declined or cancelled, our team will step in promptly to resolve the situation or help you find alternative options for your stay.

If a host declines your reservation request, a team member will work with you to find suitable alternatives that meet your needs. If your reservation is cancelled, you can either search for another property or contact us through Find Your Perfect Stay for assistance.

Just a reminder: your card is only charged once your reservation request is accepted, and no charges are applied if it is declined. In the event that a host cancels your reservation, you will receive a refund in accordance with the property’s cancellation policy. Please note that terms and conditions apply.
