What if I need to cancel a reservation?
As a host, we strongly encourage you to avoid cancelling a confirmed reservation whenever possible. At travelstaytion, we are committed to providing travellers with a seamless, stress-free stay experience — and we rely on your partnership to make that happen.
Cancellations can disrupt a traveller's plans and may affect your chances of receiving future reservations. We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable due to circumstances beyond your control. If that is the case, please contact our team as soon as possible.
If the host cancels a reservation, travelstaytion is able to charge Host 15% cancellation fees, administration fees and relocation fees and decrease the rating of host’s listing in the search results. Please note that repeating cancellations can cause termination of collaboration and lower in search result ranking.
