What should I do if I check-in and the property does not match the listing?

At travelstaytion, we only work with verified hosts and professionally managed properties, all of which are carefully vetted to meet our high standards. Because of this, it is very rare for a property to significantly differ from its listing.

However, in the unlikely event that you feel the property does not meet the standards described, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Provide details and, if possible, photos of the issues you encounter so that we can assess the situation quickly.
