When will my payment be collected for a stay?

Understanding when your payment is processed helps you plan and feel secure during the reservation process.

  • For “Book Now” stays:
    You will be asked to enter your payment details when submitting your reservation request, but your card will only be charged once the host accepts. If the host does not respond within 24 hours or declines, no payment will be taken. Your card information is never saved, giving you peace of mind about security.

  • For “Instant Book” stays:
    Your payment is processed immediately once you have entered your payment details and the reservation is confirmed. Any additional charges agreed with the host (e.g fees or extras) will be settled directly at check-in.
