Why do travellers need to pay through travelstaytion?

All reservation payments must be made exclusively through travelstaytion’s secure payment system. This guarantees the protection of both travellers and hosts. Once a reservation is confirmed, travellers are required to pay the full amount for their stay online via our system. Split or shared payment options are also available, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.


For your safety, please do not accept any payments outside of travelstaytion’s platform. Never agree to bank transfers, cash payments, or any other methods that bypass our system. If a traveller suggests otherwise, contact us immediately.


If you choose to request a security deposit, this may be arranged directly with your traveller outside the platform, as travelstaytion does not process security deposit transactions. Be sure to clearly communicate the amount and terms upfront, and always provide a receipt or written confirmation once the deposit has been received.
